ON-SITE BUILDING MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

At Tailored Property Services we believe in providing community a first approach to building building management, whilst providing strong, knowledgeable teams who go above and beyond for our clients. We accomplish this by understanding and enveloping ourselves within the community whilst proving the essential skills required to be an exemplary Facility Manager.
We understand that not all buildings are the same, and as such don't subscribe to a "one size fits all" approach. Therefore, Tailored Property Services creates individualised arrangements for buildings dependent on there needs. These include full time, part-time, and contract based building management services.

REMOTE BUILDING MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
To save on costs Tailored Property Services also offers remote management options. This allows for clients to be only paying for building management to be on-site when required whilst still utilising the benefit of having contact with the building manager full time off-site to resolve issues as they arise.
This option significantly decreases the cost of management whilst ensuring the building is well maintained. Our Managers are contactable between the hours of 8:00and 4:00pm and our packages also include scheduled regular on-site visits, as well as after-hours call out services.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Ensuring that the finished product always looks presentable long after construction is complete is of upmost importance. Not cleaning a property can not only affect its value, but also diminish people's opinion about the property. Visitors or potential purchasers may mistake dirty marks or dirty surfaces for poor finishes. To ensure this does not occur Tailored Property Services offers high quality once off and ongoing cleaning solutions, as well as construction cleans.
